Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (405) 857-8378. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, texastires51.com.

This is my second time here. They were awesome the first time, and they were awesome the second time. Fair price. Fast service. Great people. What else can we ask for?

We'll do anything to sell a set of rims. They put 100 lb of PSI in each tire that was rated for 44 lb of PSI. Took my truck to Big o tires and they told me the tires that are on my truck are not rated for this heavy of a truck. They sold me 4 ply cheap tires and told me they were 10 ply. When I asked the manager to make it right he told me there's nothing he could do

I will take my vehicles to Walmart before I ever return here. I purchased a new set of rims along with Continental tires, and while the rims looked great, I soon realized that I could not get the vehicle properly aligned. I took my car to the Cadillac dealership, where the technicians discovered that the tires had been mounted incorrectly. They even showed me a picture proving the mistakeβ€”the side of the tire clearly marked β€œInside” had been installed facing outward. When I returned to Texas Tires to address the issue, I was informed that there was no warranty coverage and that I would have to purchase an entirely new set of tires at my own expense. I own 2 vehicles and over the years and I have never put more than 7,000 miles a year on either of them, so needing a replacement set of tires so soon was both surprising and frustrating. I had never even heard of Nexen tires before being told that I needed to buy a completely new set. To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was sitting outside the shop unattended and still running. That level of care and customer service is completely unacceptable. This experience has been extremely disappointing. What should ha

Filled out a form online for a tire quote and never heard back from them I'm guessing because I didn't need to finance anything so I popped in person to check out their selection and the employee was friendly and they had a good selection of wheels and tires. Wanted to get a printout on a quote and he said they didn't do that there which I thought was odd but it is what it is.

Flat tire. Had a flat tire on my car and brought it to the Texas tire #51 Norman Oklahoma location. The employee was Robert I told him my right rear tire had a flat, he asked me if that was the driver or passenger side. WOW. Then I gave him all my info including cell #. I left to get some food and was gone for 30 min. When I returned he told me the tire could not be fixed. the inside sidewall was split. OK I understand. I asked him to mount the tire and put air in it. They did not take the tire off the rim just pulled it off the car and looked at it, it was very obvious where the issue was. He tried to tell me at first that it was a danger and I needed a new tire from them but i explained there tires was double the price and the warranty was shorter. So I asked him since there was no repair or they did not dismount the tire nor put time finding a leak if still had to pay the $25 for the flat repair and he said YES it was for the labor for removing the tire and putting it back on. So call me crazy but I will not ever do business with them.
